I initially flooded it (difficult to do with an updraft carburetor), I then turned it by hand until I had a 'knock' from both cylinders.

An aileron fell off, obviously I didn't glue it very well
And the down pipes fell off
But that's why we do these run ups, isn't it?

Your 'tether' needs to be lower, so the tail cannot rise.
You put the first start vid on twice!
Bits fell off - always best when this happens in testing, not in flight!!

I am imagining that the 260 is going to be flying 2-3 times the altitude you normally fly the Fun Cub, perhaps to the level of the surrounding hills and your flight area grows considerably because it will be well above the tree clutter. And you install some sort of tracking beacon so that you can locate the big beastie.
