Extra 260

The Seagull Extra 260 is an aerobatic RC plane designed for precision and 3D flying, and can fly very slowly, especially during landing approaches and while performing post-stall 3D maneuvers like harriers. 
However, there is no single, fixed minimum speed (stall speed) that can be provided as it depends heavily on several factors: 

• Engine Power: A powerful engine allows the plane to use "propwash" over the control surfaces and generate thrust that can virtually eliminate a traditional stall, allowing for controlled flight at extremely low forward airspeeds (e.g., hovering).
• Flying Weight: A lighter model will naturally be able to fly slower before stalling compared to a heavier one.
• Configuration: The use of features like Vortex Generators (VGs) can significantly enhance slow-speed handling and stability.
• Pilot Skill: An experienced pilot can maintain controlled flight closer to the aerodynamic edge of the flight envelope than a novice. 

In general, pilots describe the Seagull Extra 260 as a "floater" on final approach, meaning it can be landed very slowly and gracefully. The minimum controllable airspeed is typically just above its stall speed for its specific configuration at that moment.
