Found that the 1/2 lt fuel tank and the 1lt smoke oil tank deformed ????

I shall have to drink some more coke now
Made and fitted the other mudgaurd

And now I have to think about filling in the underside some how

So unbolted the undercarriage

I think I have done more metalwork on this plane than I have done in the rest of my life put together,

I don't know what your smoke oil is based on, but petrol will dissolve coke-bottle plastic!

Ho no it will not Eric Always use coke bottles, some even in the jets , had them in my last Bucker with petrol in
I think it was the silicon that I attached them to the mounting with, I often use it but this was a different make, cheaper, so I think it had something nasty in it

Well I am still dying with the man flue, think it is only the second cold I have had since coming to Cyprus 10 years ago, and the last one I brought back from England
Stripped it down and labelled and hung up all the metal parts ready for painting

Covered the top wing centre section

Got the bottom sheeted and sanded down

Think its nearly ready for covering now

Sorry chaps nothing done today, been to ill, it is 25 deg outside and im here in thermal vest and still cold, so spent most of the day in bbbed

I have funny white stuff on the grass where the sun don't shine. Been like that for some days. Side effects, extra thick shirt, thick jacket. Double the heating in one room.

White stuff, snow ugg, I go outside and cough and sneeze in the nice hot SUNSHINE only thing is the sun is a bit bright for my eyes when im like this,
But I suppose I will have to put up with that

Got a bit done today, the fuselage is now covered

Made the fuel gauge

And started on the windscreen
