It will use the motor and prop intended for the Seamew. Nothing else had been bought anyway.
The other aspect is the AN 2 undercarriage is fully braced from the fuselage which is a rather more robust layout than the Seamew's long legs cantilevered from the wing.
On the plus side it should be fairly easy to duplicate the spring suspension struts as they carry no side loads.
The air frame should have no problem carrying the weight of 4 extra servos for the flaps but to keep things simple no leading edge slats as they don't really work at this scale anyway.
So this is the starting point, a very detailed 4 view with a few fuselage sections as well.
Following my usual routine the first step is to greatly simplify the detail of each view and also redraw the lines just one pixel wide with no shading.
It is mind numbingly boring to do yet requires considerable concentration!

It was never certified in the West so in the UK or US had to be flown on Permit or Experimental which precludes any commercial use and it is a bit big and thirsty to be flown for fun.
From the few pilot notes it is quite hard work to fly and incredibly noisy inside.
There was even an on board fuel pump with a ground level inlet for refuelling although apparently rather slow in operation but then the wing tanks are along way above the ground and hold 260 gal!
Three more 'simple' views which should be enough to build it.
Apparently the AN 2 uses a TsAGI R-11 (14%) wing section.
Nearest I can find is the 12% version.
As 'slow' models tend to benefit from thinner than true scale wing sections this is probably what I will use.

I think they were intended more as drag-flaps than lift-flaps.

This photo would suggest the flaps do operate on both wings.
The AN2 used a Shvetsov ASh-62 radial which was a version of a licence built PW Cylcone their 'big' 9 cylinder radial.
By pure luck my printed 9 cylinder is almost exactly the right size for the AN2's cowling.
The radial will need just a few mods to make it look a bit more like a Cyclone.

If I can have Avons in a Vulcan, you can have BOEING making the AN2 if you want!
I wonder how fast a Hunter would go with an Olympus in it?

A few more pictures of me wasting time.
The Cyclone crankcase surrounding the motor.
The length of the crankcase is set so both the motor and the radial bolt onto the bulkhead. Hopefully that and the cowling will be printed too!

You are very welcome to my drawings but that is all they are. There will be wing rib and fuselage former profiles but you would have to design all the internal structure yourself to suite your materials.
