The main reason I went investigating the nose was the apparent lack of power, the ESC is clearly marked 2S - 3S and the motor is 'blank for special messages' so I see no opportunity to move up to 4S without changing both. I've since tried a fully charged 3S battery and got 250watts, a little better at 103watts/lb, I suspect altitude is the problem, 3,500'. I had the same problem with the Funcub, recommended propeller was a 13x4 which gave very pedestrian performance, 13x6 was better but 13x8 is just right. Once the test flights have been done I'll try a 13x8 cut down to 12x8.
A word here, I've never tried to run an unbalanced propeller and so have never had a problem. I once had a balanced propeller and hub hurl itself from the shaft under test, since then I don't run up the motor until the next day after fastening, never had a problem since.

As recorded on "Been flying" the plane has been maidened, I can't say it was a pleasant experience but certainly no lack of power, the phrase 'Rocket ship' comes to mind. I battled to get enough 'up' elevator trim, see picture
BB and I think the CoG might be too far forward, it's at the foremost recommended point.
I do have a lump of lead in the spinner so I'm going to remove that and see what happens

Well, it seems I didn't have a lump of lead in the spinner!, I've found a way to move the battery further back, we'll try it like that.
