How to keep cool, open a downstairs door on the shady side of the building, or if there's any wind - facing the wind - open all the internal doors, open a window upstairs on the opposite side, or facing away from the wind, , and if you can, open the hatch into the roof space.

Don't fall for that SCAM of the two NASA scientists that have invented a compact air-con unit that doesn't use much electricity - intended for cooling satellite electronics when in orbit. There is no air in space to blow around!
When you take the lid off, there's just a cylindrical rotating fan driven by an electric motor which is powered by a rechargeable battery. All those coils of copper tubes they show covered with frost are AI.
Think how big your domestic fridge or freezer are, with all those tubes on the back, and a compressor that pumps fluid/gas around them, just to chill down that small insulated box.

25C? It was hotter than that at 3am!  I saw 33C for several days, and 34.5 once!
Today, it is 26C with a nice breeze.
A correspondent friend of mine that I have never met had been in London for a few days, on business, and went back to Spain to cool off! She lives just over the border from Gibraltar.
