OOOPS!
A bit of a disaster and not the result of a flight but simply my weight.
I tripped and managed to fall on to the F108.
This picture is after several days of repairs!
The problem is the foam it is built from is particularly flexible so tends to bend and crush rather than break. The result is many of the more serious bends had to be properly broken so it could be glued back together.hence much filling to restore the surface finish.
Difficult to tell how much strength is lost on what was never a particularly rigid airframe!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Something lsimilar happened a year or so ago, at our club. The chairman had got a bee in his bonnet about securing models to the ground whilst starting engines - with a strap around the tail-feathers to a peg in the ground.
Poor chap tied his model down securely, started the engine, got momentarily distracted, picked the model up and began to walk to the flightline, the model of course - didn't want to go - so he put it down again, turned to untie it, and tripped over the strap, squashing the model comprehensively (it was a lightweight balsa funfly!
