not sure.
some issues with the design as i did not allow for the shape in places.
i can alter the drawings to reflect this later.
need to work out the positions of the fuselage joining tubes next and build the other side.
then sheet it all and look at the bomb doors.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

today i have been working on the nose construction and have done a fair bit.
tubes are in for the mounting method, need to add the ply to take the wing bolts yet.
sheeted nearly one side
constructed the other side and started the sheeting.
most of it lines up ok when clamped together.
next job is to finish the sheeting, fit the t nuts for the wing bolts, glue the two halves together and sand and cover.
then i can add all the little bits and work out the canopy.
that will be it then until i have finished the fuselage and wing designs.
i also need to think about how i am fixing the wings to the fuselage before i can build any more.

fitted the rudder to the Edwardian Free flighter.
then attacked the shack nose.
finished all the sheeting i can do at the moment.
then i carved some blue foam and stuck that on.
cut some 10mm ali tube and glued that into the nose.
cut some 8mm ali tube and fed some 6mm balsa dowel inside that.
them's the front guns sorted.
cut some 3mm ply to make the observers frame, cut some 3mm depron that will be the outer glazing frame when the glass has been fitted.
stuck the gunners area frames on.
made up the observers area supports ready to take the glazing frame.
phew, that's about it.
need to finish sheeting the nose and then i can put it to one side and get on with something else.
