I have two small brushed motors with 2.5" dia props. [attachment] I have been thinking of what to do with them for some time. The 3.5oz Frog Wren at 25" span flies very well so I imagined some sort of 'twin' but I wanted it to be scale. The next problem is they are not very well matched for...

The next one is on the board! I've done a lot of research on the Lacey, so why waste it......it's a rubber powered FF Lacey M-10, designed to be kitted by SAMS Models later this year. The model will be suitable for rubber, electric, CO2, free flight, RC, indoors or outside, but the prototype will...

The small bits in the picture (false axels for the main wheels, cylinder heads, tailwheel assembly, tail wheel, tailplane fairings and scale prop) are waiting for the sanding sealer to dry before painting tomorrow: [attachment] ...

Not wishing to interrupt Sceptics Super Cub build thread I was intrigued by the requirements for indoor RC. Andy gives the maximum weight as 200g and a maximum wing loading of 15 g/ sq dm. So how close to these figures does my lightest scale plane get? 181.4g and 13.4 g / sq dm and its an EDF.... [attachment] ...
