I'd flog 'em down the market but I suppose everyone and his wife does this already Eh? My Arfer is my damned hips and a bit in my toes. Hopefully hips soon to be resolved but got to see surgeon in clinic AGAIN on 10th April first. I might get them done in time for next birthday [badass]

So out it all came into the beautiful warm sunshine while i cleaned the dust up,
I finished building the fin and dry fit the hinges and horn
Tonight i had an idea so worked on the retract, to give it strength when landing it needs a bracing strut the same as the full size, so this is what i came up with
The air cylinder came off the SU27 along with the universal joint, the cylinder is destroyed so it dose not operatethe brass tube slides along the piston arm when it retracts, when it is in the down position the tube is tight up against the cylinder giving the brasing
And o think i have had one of the Rich Nicosia guys begging me to give him all the destroyed undercarriage from the SU ever since it crashed , in case he damages his, he has exactly the same model, and they are no longer produced

I looked up and there was a bloody rat coming through the ceiling :woohoo: the stains on the ceiling are where they are peeing i think, it has got on the Bucker so ill fly it a couple of times and if its ok ill recover it
They had nibbled a small hole before and i had stuck tape over it now they are pushing the tape down, there were also leaves in it so they are nesting up there
Gave the hole a whack with the sweeping brush, then half an hour later it tried again :S
Along with snakes they give me the shivers, i keep putting off ripping the ceiling down but its got to be done now, cannot have those bloody things over my head any longer, so i will go tomorrow and buy goggles, mask, gloves and disposable over suit and sort them
Sprayed pva on the door and fin top moulds and the glassed them, three layers of cloth and one layer of 100g carbon cloth

My fibre glass parts came out ok

If the hinge itself is not stiff then binding can only be the result door linkage geometry. A picture might help.
