Sorry for the misunderstanding, only the Club Membership Secretary would have full access to the database, information will only be available to the club committee on a 'NEED TO KNOW BASIS', no data would be released to the public. See below for my clubs data protection policy.

All information is strictly confidential and is not given to anyone other than the BADMAC committee and then only on a “need to know” basis.
Under the DATA PROTECTION ACT (1998) Beverley and District Model Aircraft Club is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information that the club holds about members.
