...any ideas appreciated on different fast action based subject matter I could film.

I contacted a local water skiing place and offered to do some filming for them FOC just to film something with a different challenge to it. Standing on the back of a fast boat, holding on with one hand and holding a relatively heavy cam with the other was a lot more challenging than I expected but the results came out quite well...

Well as a former biker, I would say that's fast, but how about those rc cars?
They have a mega following especially the saloon cars, very fast action, also rc buggy, not as popular though, boz

Mychett actually, but I must pop over to Yateley. Despite my missus being from there I've not been to Horseshoe lake for sometime to check it out. Will do soon. Thanks for reminding me.

I reckon there's enough of that on the net without me adding to it. I'm looking for something that hasn't been done. :woohoo:

Funny you should say that. Did go to the Aldershot club and video some touring car action last weekend. Will be uploading tonight. Was fun from the trying different track locations and angles.

I looked into this hobby last year and spent over £2000 on it, I bought a lossi 5 buggy, but that was nothing to the serious guys with all the mods, thanks D.

Doesnt matter what aspect of the hobby you are into. It seems there is always an endless amount of money you can spend on going faster. I do like that at the Aldershot track they do run series where the motors, ESCs etc are all limited to one or two manufacturers. No exotic upgrades allowed and its not too expensive. Cuts the variables down and makes it more about the driver I guess.

Agreed, with a but!, those lads have slick tyres, shocks, brakes, carbon body's, the list is endless, I was amazed at the add ons available for the lossi 5,
Take a look on any forum at the lossi 5, it's very well supported although mainly in the states.
They are very large scale, the saloon cars are much faster although smaller, mine had a 55cc engine in it usually used for chain saws, etc, have a look you will be suprised.
Boz.

You certainly picked a nicely active Sport to add to your portfolio. Did that proud too.

Have a nice Day, unless I don't like you.

I thought it was rubbish, keep the throttle open wide and if you make a mistake it don't matter as there Is some one to put you back on the track, so if if your going to fast and hit the kerb shoot up in the air and land upside down you are picked up straight away and back in the scrum,
Better if you had the same result of such a crash as the real thing your out,
It would call for more skill
