OT - you shouldn't have had any customs charge on that. Challenge it and get a refund.

There should be a customs label on the parcel with contact details on it. It might be the PO. Goods under £15 are free of import duty. What was the value on the customs declaration?

Believe it or not 2Pence Doug . Terrible time trying to find the right dept to talk to and the proofs they want to fill out the form on line I can't print out receipts etc. Luckily HK can send me a receipt but even that is a bit of rigmarole too.If anyone needs it the form is BOR286 Phone no for postal charges 03002003700. The 2P is for 2 packs of pairs os props. They are still on sale now . Loads more too for all kinds of uses dirt cheap.Anyway thanks for you advice PO sorting office is first contact.
