While we're on the old models thing (Ajax, Achilles, etc) I received this one in the post today - genuine KK, unstarted kit.
The veneer on the wing cores has split and lifted in a few places, but that can be fixed. All the little bits in wax-paper envelopes!
I think the bubble-wrap packing was put in by the sender.

Does it have a proper building plan or just an assembly plan?

I can't answer that, yet, I haven't looked, as once I'd had a quick look, I went out on a delayed task, leaving the contents to thaw out!
