Coastal TV repairs our local firm in Rhuddlan (N WALES ) just repaired my Bigger bedroom TV at very reasonable cost and threw in FOC a spare mother board. I call that good service. Also the British Gas engineer repairing my tumble dryer gave me his personal no to tell him when I had the parts to be fitted. This was to ensure that he was the one to fit the parts as he had worked for Creda who made our machine. This is because the previous fitter of the had misdiagnosed a faulty heating element( WHIRLPOOL engineer ) Mind you the replacement element is much better than the original which was ready to blow anytime having a cracked coil support which meant the coil was almost touching the skin of the machine. It hadn't gone but I've been expecting it to go anytime. So in effect he did me a favour. Any way hats off to Coastal TV and John the British Gas engineer.
