Not quite true as they have only stopped production of the 'quality' truly flat sheets.
They are continuing with the basic under floor insulation in 6 and 3 mm which is softer and more flexible.
I understand the quality stuff is more expensive to make and not really required by the building industry so it has been judged uneconomic for just aero modellers.
