Does anyone answer the phone at Doolittle Media?

I finally decided to subscribe to Aeromodeller as I don't have a local WH Smiths anymore and no one else seems to carry it.
Their website was dog slow when I used it and I've had 2 x £150 deducted. No I only want the one subscription. 
I keep phoning to get them to correct it but it diverts to someone's phone there. Despite leaving multiple messages I never get a call back.
I'm a bit concerned at their efficiency & my subscription if this is the way they are run.

Jim - I wish you the best of luck - but may I point out that this group has absolutely no connection with the aeromodeller magazine despite the similarity of title.

Understand but I thought someone might be subbed to Aeromodeller here. Irony of it is, the latest copy of Aeromodeller arrived today in the post! But only one, is there a refund incoming?

Ah Ha a response from Doolittle Media, answering my E mail which seems the best way of communicating with them. It appears that PayPal paid them twice, so I now have the pain of getting a refund from PP.
The office is only manned (personed) Tuesday - Thursday hence the lack of reply, so all OK!

That's good to hear, the aeromodelling community is generally speaking, honest.

As closure, I now have had the refund.

I hope you stay with us, though, and describe and show photo's of your free-flight (and other) activities. They don't have to be aeromodeling.

Of course, I have a look in here quite often. Not Free flight but this is the latest project.
