Ive usually bought a trainer and started again

Got two little rtf's to start me off again .One is the one I won in Dom's draw. The other is little Cessna 128. Foamies Once I get my hips sorted .

when are your hips being done I had to make a fuss to get my knees done like a miracle after

Only the cowl and prop to go now

itll be a doddle do you have exercising to do.I did mine religously and had both knees done.Hips Im told arent as painful but the guy opposite would have disagreed but he was a big fella and left before me.Take it as an adventure with a happy ending its like a miracle honest I enjoy walking every single day and appreciate what was done for me.Please keep in touch with how its going

after the last maiden I felt todays was another maiden and the model fought me all the way .Take off was fine but again it went left but I managed to stay with it but it was horrendous bucking and weaving but with gentle persuasion I brought it round and landed ok.I dded 60 grams to the front most part of the wooden engine mount and reduced the ailerons to 60 % Straightened the flat under carriage and second take off was much better but had to fight it all the way again but managed a very good flight,.Ive reduced the ailerons to45% and changed the under carriage ready for next week

Only excercise is flexing the knees backwards to keep thigh muscles strong. No date yet though. Thanks for your message John

you may find some better exercises as some of them are a bit tame but keep them up it pays dividends afterwards
