My advice Mr Beard, go look for last minute deals at the travel agent, and take off somewhere for at least a week.
Boz :) :woohoo:

It was a pleasent morning so off I went to the flying field feeling good.I arrivedto find the place empty.I had 2 good long flights with the T 180 and they were good and relaxing Take off was excellent as were the landings. The engine ran faultlessly. The only problem was whatever pipe I use to fill fuel pours out of the other 2.The best vway was blocking the others but of course that pressurises the sytem but it worked/.Need to look at that but the tank comes out very easily.Thoroughly enjoyable day

Sounds like the tank is in upside down, so that the filler and vent pipes are at the bottom, and not the top!

Mr Beard, when I want to post a video, I just upload it to youtube, then just copy the link they give you when you click share this video.
Then just paste the link on the post you are making.
Hope this helps, if not pm me and I will talk you through it on the phone.
Boz, :) :)

Yes, it would, Beardie, because the clunk weight will flop to the bottom, whichever way up the tank is!

the T 180 is having some work.I need to replace the engine mount and found a twin in the shed.I removed the tank to see what my problem was The clunk pipe was snapped off and so the clunk was off.Of course the fuel was coming out as the pipe was at the bottom.all repaired and back in.Engine goes back in tomorrow and 2 other jobs to do.At the same time Ive been working on the second model I built which is a Flair cub.The engine kept stalling. On removing the tank the bung had shrunk and fallen out .Had to replace the bung it oneldnt tighten up .Ive found a replacement tank
