Finally got round to doing the Cowl on my new Harmon Rocket.I had new ideas gained from the previous one.I hate taking to much off a cowl and this time its worked very well.
Just need a bit of fiddling to get to pipes into position,

Took my repaired HR to the field and found the wing isnt fitting correctly bad to further repairs

Ive decided to keep my repaired HR as a spare and transfer the receiver to the new one and all I need it to fit the 2 pushrods to the aileron servos and set it up and its ready

My plans mean I need another receiver.I was bidding on one on E bay 2nd hand.My next bid needed to be £40 but I can buy a new one for £51 so ordered one from Kingslynn models,Saved on pand p by buying props and glow plugs also.

Did visit the shed yesterday just to see where iwas at with Harmon Rocket. Looks like if I fit push rods for ailerons onto new wings and fit a receiver Im just about there

Well whod a thought it.Today I got to it and finished my latest Harmon Rocket off.It must be a gap in the squadron left by the Acrowot that has prompted me to get off my but and finish it off.Only need to set up the ailerons and do the C of G and itll be ready.The only tools to stop me flying are the starter and rubber bands so Ive ordered them today

All thats neede is whip the cowl off and find somewhere to stick 120 grams
