Could not get a concrete lorry in there now, in fact I went to chase then builders merchant up this morning as to why they have not delivered and they cannot get their lorry in either, so they are going to bring it with their forklift, one and a half tons at a time, they are not to far away from me, BUT IT'S GOING TO COST ME 10 EURO EACH TIME :( but it is the only way
It will be worth it when its done :P
I have got the first lot of shuttering done this morning so im ready to rock and roll with the shovel
Thanks: Eric

You'll have to make a road from the road, for the builder's wagon!
If they can't get a truck in, how do you expect to get that little Bucker out? (I know a bloke who built a boat n his cellar, but then - - - )

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Had a good day on the hanger, shuttering on half the outside wall finished off

And filled with concrete

The shovel works a treat :S I have blisters on my blisters
Thing is I enjoy doing this, to see an idea taking shape, and the exercise wont do me any harm either, my body was getting to soft

Reinforced ring beam?
What is going to sit on the top and what is the floor going to be?
Just curious.

There is an old concrete floor there that I think the builders who built the villa 20 + years ago had for the works shed, but it has a SLOPE on it
Sorry about the offensive word !!!! NOT :cheer:
This wall is just to level things up to put a stud wall on, the floor is going to be wood, better on my arthritic feet / ankles, I might start on that tomorrow if the concrete is to green to strike the shuttering, going to do the floor beams like the wall
I can see it in my mind just got to put it together

Progress is slowly being made, outside beam is going off nicely so I should be able to start erecting end of next week
although it is forecasting rain every day :(
Floor beams going in
I have to build Nataly a shed now as I told her she is banned from mine :P just got the base for it cleared of jungle and dug out so I will be concreting it this week
My head is enjoying all the work
But my body :S ho my it has done no real work since I went to the holiday camp 5 years ago, and o my god it is showing
