Tony
Green yes but 'pleasant' is relative.
Where you are is the same latitude as Moscow and the winters there can be seriously cold - as low as minus 37 C. :woohoo:

??? Tony BB is a few miles further South than us. He's on the Wirral!
He should be grateful he wasn't over here a couple of winters ago, when the 'Beast from the East' was rampaging around!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

No its certainly not a pleasant land anymore, being 80 in October i can remember when it was a pleasant land to live in, and then we were invaded, and we never stopped being invaded

Wouldn't know any more mate. I am quite happy living on my little Danish island, while the rest of the world passes us by & doesn't really know we are here !
Anyway how is the model going ? :)

Mr Old Fart. The island is called Fyn. Sometimes spelt Funen, depending on where you are in the world. :)

The only problem is i cannot get the 250 paving slabs to go over the concrete, nobody has them because of covic 19, and they dont know when to expect any,
Suppose i could make the door for the garage, but i wanted all the barrowing through it done first

What thickness were the OSB boards that you used?

I used the 9mm boards for two reasons, one was the price and the other was that i could manage 9mm but would struggle with 11mm, these things are heavy and at 2400 x 1200 awkward to handle for a 80 year old
I used the same on my hanger/shed, if the frame work they are fixed to is sturdy they good

So looked at our own shops, i guess this will be another model that wont be finished,do to the extortionist price of the stuff £20 for 2m
Not going down the nylon dope route
