I've decided to bring this one back to the top of the recent topics list as we've had a number of new free flight members join recently. There maybe something here to interest them....more importantly, they may have something to add.
In the meantime, here's a reminder of one of the best free flight information sites I've ever come across, the US's National Free Flight Society technical library/archive. it comes with a health warning in that once you start looking at it, it's very difficult to stop...... You have been warned!

I was recently faced with the problem of getting 2 pushrods through the back of the fuselage on an ARTF.
After failing miserably to feed them through I hit on this idea.
I fed the outers of 2 snakes through each side of the tail until they appeared in the servo area.
Then I pushed the whole lot down the fuselage.
Sorted!
