Surely you can just unplug the servo making sure your rudder is straight. Then plug your 'smoke' servo in the rudder socket.

Do it now, you may never get another chance

You may be more successful trying to create a vacuum using a venturi to draw the powder out rather than trying to create positive pressure to push it out, that tube would still be necessary to keep a flow through the storage tank.
