For a more permanent fix, next time you have to take the tank out, put a short piece of metal tubing into the clunk to cork line, it's not enough to make it all stiff, but it will stop the clunk moving forwards.

In a model fuel tank it's the short length of fuel tubing inside the tank itself .... it has a weight on the end (The Clunk) so it falls into the fuel no matter which way up the model is.Walrus wrote: What is a CLUNK?
That way it's always at the "bottom" of the tank.
Because it's a flexible tube it can sometimes fold back on itself & kink ..... stopping the fuel flow.
