And when i was otherwise detained by the Turks Natalia brought it to the South Cyprus with all my other models and building gear
I flew it a lot at Lady Mile until we had a wing fold up high with the resulting call for a bin bag
I will have to have a new bigger top on my building board but will only be a sheet of plaster board, t has a wingspan of 4M
Next problem it getting the balsa to build it as no body seems to have any choice of whats available
I do like a big model

Anyway i have found a length of 18mm carbon tube in the cave so im going to construct a glider around it
Im planning on going to Cyprus later this year if things work out, which i dont suppose they will for one second, im looking at October as i always thought it was the best month to visit there weather wise for someone not used to the heat
And i can take the glider with me to do some flying while there i thought, i found a little studio flat for rent at 50 euro a night self catering so it sound ok

From what I hear, airlines are extremely fussy on what they will carry, now, and it has to fit into a standard bag or case - or they won't even let it on the aircraft, except as a sealed crate in the hold, and they are charged by dimensions and weight. Then there are the batteries are you going to buy some in Cyprus?

But ill finish off this glider build but it could be the last
£60 odd quids worth there, a few sheets of balsa and a couple of carbon tubes
But as iv already started ill finish it, being as im using a carbon tube for the rear fuselage then that has to be the place to start to get the fin and tailplain all squared up before fixing to the main part of the fuselage
Tailplain
Fin on the the carbon tube
Fin and detachable tailplain mount in position
Now the whole assembly set up
More to come when i win the lottery
Seems i have cocked the photos up, been a bad bad day with my heart problems so ill use that as an excuse
Thats my egg and chips set up in my shed as im not allowed to cook it in the house LOL
