I would take inspiration from the FW190 and its fan cooled BMW 801.
Have you not got a huge out runner rotating just above the ESC?
You don't need a separate motor just put on some fan blades and a bit of ducting on the one you've got!
With positive air flow across it the ESC it can be 'close' cowled so you don't need a huge amount of air and you could still use the exhausts - how about in one side and out the other?
It might be worth considering some positive airflow over the motor as well.

You already have the inlet behind the spinner.
if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

As you have the esc's mounted sideways (vanes across), a combination of Quorneng and my ideas would work best.

Here is the subject I will try to copy, the decals are all available from Pyrmid models...handy hey
setting up the wing to fuz incidence has been quite involved as the plan asks for all incidences to be at 0 deg, but getting there slowly.
You can see the battery acsses, it has a floor in it to sit the battery onto and tie down to, I still have to work out how to fasten the nose cone onto fuz yet.....

A quick tip if you use magnets to hold hatches, cowlings etc onto models - tie whatever it is onto the model with a length of elastic or string. If it then comes off in the air or on the ground, you won't loose it.

Chook, for magnets, if you can't get them n Oz, try here - www.magnetexpert.co.uk/
All shapes and sizes, sensible prices, and well packed. What the p+p to Oz would be, I don't know, but they are usually in a small jiffy-bag.
