Mine weighed 25lb when built, that included the two 120mm edf and 4 6s 5000 lipos
Where are you putting the main landing gear, as it show two positions, think I had it in the rear, but to scale it should go in the forward position, I always wondered if it would take of and convinced myself when I build another I would fit them in the forward scale position
I ran mine before it burnt at full throttle and gave it up elevator but she stuck to the ground ( its on u tube somewhere )

that`s 12 pound instant, i`m banking on 15-16 kg (32-34 pounds, give or take).
Turbines are traditionally heavier, but thrust is 34-36 pounds
i made a big mistake on Concorde, the nose was just lower than the wings (or equal), it wouldn`t rotate, i upped the nose wheel, the difference was amazing
i`m not suggesting that your problem was this, but i am doing this mod on my SR

I presume the first coat is still wet when you lay the cloth on and apply the second coat

So on the A10 I have got it all sanded apart from a bit of the fuselage, so I will now give it a second coat, then sand it again presumably ?
I was going to apply primer/filler next
I learn every day
