Yes Simon the bristles lol they turned the resin a dark charcoal colour, its gone off so its not affected the resin
Started to wire it up, the 4 servos in the tail took 9M of servo wire to reach the rx near the front

Might have been cheaper to fit two receivers - one for the front bit, and one for the back bit! :woohoo:

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

I think you may be right Eric
If i mount the reciever on top of the fuel which is on the CoG on top of the wings its miles from the front, so would be short leads all round except for the nose leg:)

How about one length of multi core data cable from the front to the tail & make the connections at either end ?
Could that work ? It would certainly be neater.

Its neat now as i made a fibre glass tube fron front to back to fun the cables in, this is maybe just temporary as the two rudder servos will be on 6V and the two elevators will be on 7V
Just want to take it to the field to do some taxy trials and play about with it
Might do that in the morning while we can run the jets

I think it has something to do a 'lost' or 'timed out' connection. The text survives but any submitted pictures are lost. It has happened to me a couple of times.

Well that did not go well
For a start had hell of a job getting it to fit in the car, doubly so being on my own, certainly neads two to put it in the car
Resullts a few dents
Seconed when i put it together at the field i could not get the ally tube into the outer fibre glass tube i made, even two of us could not do it, we got them so far on , but when i took it apart it was pulling the outer tube out of the wing
I think its the heat, if i made the outer tubes in the winter, and now the ally is expanding with the heat causing the tight fit, or i have the wronng piece of tube, although they should all be the same size
I will look at the tubes i have
one bright note was i maybe have a customer for it
