Hi guys, I started flying fixed wing electric planes last year and learn how to fly with the help of Blue123 and also using Phoenix RC, which was a great help, Now flying war birds and taking aerial photo's from a Xeno. Have also Ultimate to build after crashing the first last year also going into UAV as have a Y6 scorpion to build and hopefully if money allows FPV, so may require some help at some stage. Thank to Blue123 for guiding me to your forum.
Almost forgot, i'm from York and fly with Blue123 and some others, we like to group fly with Ripmax spits, it's great fun, some mishaps sometimes.

Hi chaps I never did get the hang of phoenix but that was probably when I started I didnt know you could reverse controls on Tx so it was all confusing,havent a clue where it went either and since i now fly Ok havent bothered to pursue it like all the fair weather fairies on here who do !!!.Ill be down the field tomorrow in the snow having proper fun with proper models in proper air getting freezing cold and wondering why I didnt get a Sim!!

Hello all- I am scott from the bread basket of USA- Iowa- just corn and bean fields with a small city and town here and there- I have been flying in combat sims a long while- used to host IL2 games in UBI- and thought I knew how to fly and so got into modeling- I will say the sim training was a big help as soon as I got used to not being in the cockpit-lol- Don't do any clubs- my club is the internet- Have a couple buddies and we all fly electric from any park or area with landing room- no laws or regulations yet here. I have a Radian, Easystar, 2 Slowsticks, and 2 tower hobbies P-51 mustangs- of course I am looking for the next plane to acquire. I frequent rcgroups as scottdearinger, I have a you tube channel with lots of wacky flight videos-

I posted 1st time the other day with my RC music video with sexy dancing girls- yes that's me and my broken foot. I am a self employed Electrician/carpenter/plumber/technician. I am a jack of all trades and master of a few, I am 50 years old and don't know what I want to do when I grow up- but for now it is flying my planes and cameras- oh and work some so I can fly my planes and my cameras-

The Avatar is a simple matter that I can help you with.
On the top menu there is a tab that says. "Forum" then down that list there is "Profile" when that is clicked there will be a blue'ish button "edit" to the right of the page. Click that..... in there will be a tab called "avatar"

and I had already found the avatar-profile edit buttons- just not working- and I cant attach a pic to a post either- always says directory couldn't be created - but don't worry about it tonight- Eric said he was having same problem with attachments-- have another pint or two and turn in -
