In NZ we love our extreme hobbies .
Im a petrolhead at heart and love all things fast. this is jet sprinting , v8 powered jet boats ,huge horsepower in boats about 12-13 ft long
Raced around a small man made track its dangerous but fun. these boats are quick. as ill show you later

this is our own burt munroe years ago. if you want a good story get the dvd fastest indian. its a great story.

Gee, I saw the movie (The World's Fastest Indian) and loved it! I got a big kick out of the part where he was whizzing on the lemon tree. This is the first time I've seen the real person, though. Thanks for sharing.

No, but I do recall a vid clip of Hanna Reitsch flying the V1 manned (or womaned!) version, when the Germans were trying to find out why it was misbehaving.

Now - in the same era, why were Japanese Kamikaze pilots given parachutes, and taught how to land? :huh:

That's the same as the Irish Kamikaze pilot on his 22nd mission. :whistle:

I'm in heaven at the moment...Ann's asleep, housework & shopping done, dogs fed,...I've got a drink in front of me & The latest BMFA news, which I haven't read yet.
I've had my morphine so the pain is still there...but I just can't find it. :)
The heating is on full & I've even done the dishes, ...sort of. :whistle:

I've even fitted a new bog seat :woohoo: ...aren't I a good lad.
