I'd tell him he has two choices, - Like i,t or lump it!

Don't agree. JJ is in a very bad place through no fault of his own. Anything that can be done to alleviate his suffering is well worth the efforts, no matter what it takes.

Mike Rolls is more likely correct in the case of JJ. Sadly not everyone has the best cooking

hi guys i can see why Eric would say that buthis mum came up from Devon rented a lovely house a
nd pampered joseph whilst there until he returned to hospital for the next stint. So Ive let his mum know what he has said and its upto them.Ive worked tirelessly to get the house perfect for him and ive achieved that so its now upto them.I dont know where this not liking my food has come from its never been mentioned before

Illness can do that, Beard. In her final illness Veronica kept saying how awful the food was (not that she was able to ingest more than a spoonful or so), whereaas before it had been fine for her. Her condition was effectively destroying her sense of taste- it may be the same for JJ

I agree with Mike re taste ability. I have known this a few times with family and friends. Beard is to be commended for the way he is working with this. Hard though it is, he is correct I think, to let JJ decide as any other can erect barriers difficult to overcome in the future. Best wishes.

Have a nice Day, unless I don't like you.

hi gents Joseph has been allowed home but only stayed one night and Tuesday then his mother whisked him off to a rented house which I admit I cannot get my head round.we had a good day Tuesday and we chatted a bit but he took a wrong tablet that sent him to sleep until 4 oclock and nothing was mentioned avout his room or the redecorating or new carpets hey ho
he goes back for tests next Monday and the results from these will decide on how treatment is conducted
