I appreciate your Anet A6 has a glass(?) bed whereas my A8 is aluminium but despite several print issues with its now rather worn out mechanicals the one problem I have not had, particularly with LW-PLA , is bed adhesion with its masking tape covered bed. The tape does have to be replaced quite often which is a bit of a chore.
As a recent example this significantly offset single wall duct was perfectly secure with just a 3 line count brim. It was prised off with a sharp blade without damage to the part or the brim..
Just an observation.

I ordered a Hotbed XY-3 Pro from a local site (www.botshop.co.za) on the grounds that its Specifications said it was 220 x 220mm.
What arrived was 315 x 315mm, Despite a number of emails they haven't deigned to reply.

II could physically get a 300x300 on my A8 although of course it would not print on the bigger area.

he bed is not actually limited by the verticals which is 300 but by the motor motor mount plates which limit the maximum possible width to 275mm. This ignores the fact the bed heating plug that needs a 20mm clearance on the bed left side..
I hope you get a refund or batter still a replacement bed of the right size.

I was able to get he box home and in the den without her being any the wiser!
The Prusa is any colour you like as long as it's black and orange.
The black parts are powder coated aluminium, the fit and finish is nothing short of amazing
The main frame is a casting, the 'feet' are 30mm extrusions. Knowing castings can 'pull' I checked the frame for flatness, perfect.
Here the end plates are on, the instructions say check the unit for 'rock' on a flat surface, up to 2mm is acceptable, there was none measurable!

Next up is the Y motor and return wheel.
There are a few cabling clips to go on the base.
The format of the printer is identical to the Anet A8

All of the orange parts are ABS, fit and finish is so good that I didn't have to relieve or adjust anything.
You do have to lubricate the bearings using the supplied grease and 3D printed applicator.
Guide rails and bearings in. The Z rails are 10mm the X rails are 8mm

Finally the X carriage is lowered on to the Z rails and held temporarily with a supplied clip to stop it from dropping while you put the lead nuts on.
I'm very impressed with the level of attention to detail. Next up, the extruder.
