looks good as new. Just remember to "TURN THE GYRO ON". Perhaps you should put a lable on the TX ?

Hooray! It flies. In fact it has plenty of power and can fly on 'silly' little throttle.
As it returned nothing touched.
Although the pitch trim is fine it still wanted to turn left quite strongly, in fact it still needed full right trim to fly straight.
To be safe just flew gentle turns but landed no problem.
This shows how the ailerons needed to be set.
This picture also highlights an issue with the fin. It would definitely add to the left turn.
Finally at the end of the 3 minute flight the ESC heat sink was seriously hot, like too hot to touch even for my 'engineer' fingers!
So far so good. Have a cup of tea and a think about it.

It looks to me as though the starboard wing has a great angle of attack than the Port, and I'm not even considering the twist that is still evident to my eyes. I seem to remember you had this problem once before, was it on the Vampire? You had to cut and re-glue.

That rear view does rather show that the RH trailing edge is lower. I suspect some cut and glue at theroot will indeed be required. 
I have a suitable 'finned' heat sink for the ESC but as it will need to be removed I will wait until the warp is cleared and tested.
It occurs to me that putting the EDF right at the back probably increases the torque roll effect.
With the EDF mid mounted the rotation imparted to the exhaust stream is reduced by the drag of the thrust tube walls.
With 'right at the back' there is no thrust tube so virtually the full motor torque is felt by the air frame, I think!
When I have the warp sorted it should be possible to determine the degree of the torque effect between power on and off.

As stated in the 'been flying' thread the Gnat still tends to roll to the left which is what the EDF torque would tend to do.
The classic solution to this is to either add right thrust (I can't do that) or use some right rudder trim (the rudder is fixed).
Upon close examination it does look as if the fin is not on the fuselage centre line and if anything set to the right!
The fin is support not only by the fuselage skin but is also glued directly onto the EDF duct'
So to release the fin so it can be re aligned requires access to the top of the duct so out come the knife.
With the glue joint to the duct separated the fine can be 'moved over' and re glued.
Just the skin to be made good and we try again.
