My understanding is that liquid is pumped into the silencer which is turned into smoke by the exhaust heat, I doubt that a glow exhaust gets hot enough.

Do it now, you may never get another chance

Had a look on RC SOUND Crash cannot see anything about a smoke unit
Nobody will say their exhausts will get a DLE down to 82db so im going for a Laser 360 fs and forget the smoke
Iv started the rebuild of the Bucker coming along nicely,

BB. The unit I found Is made by "Mr rcsound" & can be purchased from, "motion rc eu". I think it's designed more for electric, but will work fine in a gasser. The reviews are a bit of a mixed bag though & it's expensive in my opinion. :)

I now have my Bucker rebuilt, it just needs painting when this lock down ends, BUT
i now find that i cannot fly it as it weighs 9kg and i have to have a B certificate for anything over 7kg
I think this will be the end of model planes for me, to many do's and donts
Im really beginning to dislike this country and remember the reason i left in the first place

That's not good Tony, I seem to remember one of my reasons for leaving was "over control of everything"!

Every country has it's downside BB. Take here for example. Spring & Summer, wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Winter, purgatory! :(
I agree with Paul, keep going ; Nix carborundum iligitimi !

That big blue fuel tank fits nicely between the frames, too! :-P
