bomb doors are on, i needed to alter them slightly to blend in better with the fuselage.

so that has taken a while.
never mind.

Right the nats are fast approaching, i thought i best get this finished. :P
But my hands are not letting me.
Just spent 2 hours trying to fit the rudder control horns, cant pick the bits up, cant get the nuts on (i keep dropping them) cant hold the screwdriver steady enough to do them up.   :( :( :(
but i finally got them on and now the rudders work.
got the elevators to tackle next.
then i think i will do something else and leave the ailerons till tomorrow.
mrs came out to see what the shouting was all about and suggested that i build bigger models in future. :P

Rudders fully working. :cheer:
elevators fully working :cheer:

Hands are still giving me gip, but one has to try and work round these minor problems.

as an aside, these HK servos i bought are lovely and quiet, smooth as well.

just sorting the tail wheel and that will be it for today, back to the vulcan and tsr2.

will sort the ailerons and bomb doors tomorrow, that will just leave the u/c and motor wiring.
looks like we are on schedule for delivery at the nats.

Watched this build with awe. I DO know what's the matter with Tony s hands, and to produce something like this with the probs he has ,is a tribute to his guts and determination to get the job done .

Sincerely, well done Tony , I am proud of you mate

Well said Garry, and I agree with you in toto! ............. I'd also like to add that I'm amazed by Tony's skills in producing three-dimentional shapes with little more than a three view to start with. So well done from me too Tony!
