Hey, I built the site and haven't even introduced myself.

My name Is Mike / Mikey.
I'm a 22 year old married man with 2 children. I live in Wallasey (near Birkenhead which is near Liverpool)
Web Design is one of my hobbies. I only started in aeromodelling last year when i was introduced to it by Timbo of RCM&E Whom I met through my dad (Polyphilla)

I am not the admin because I'm greatest modeler, 'tis because I built the website to the best of my ability.
Other Hobbies include Music Production, Video Production, Photo Editing, Computer Maintenance and Repair (Yes i actually enjoy troubleshooting computer issues)

As maybe the third member of the team, Its about time I introduced myself.
Name is Garry Pollard and have been flying since 1965 first with single channel then Galloping Ghost then Proportional. Can and will fly anything with fixed wing be it trainer aerobatic warbirds or glider. Came back to the hobby 3 yr ago after a 15 yr lay off. Have a 75 yr old body being driven by a 30 yr old mind. Quite an unequal struggle. Normally fly twice a week but not at moment due to problems on the domestic front. Fly all electric and live Nr Grantham in Lincolnshire

Guess I should introduce myself to anyone who did not know me on modelflying.co.uk. I stated fixed wing power flying about 5 years ago with my son. He wanted to take up fishing but I said thats too boring shall we go and do radio controlled flying? Well we have not looked back since. We both have our BMFA B certificates a love our flying. Having said that we have not done a lot this winter can't seem to get any enthusiasm for going out in the cold maybe its an age thing I have just turned 50.

We have restarted indoor flying though and that is great fun.

Guys (Phil & Mike), best of luck with this new site. You have the beginnings of a very good platform here and some great members already (except for me of course). I know you haven't set out to create a big forum site and have no ambitions to expand to the size of the "big boys" but maybe one day you'll find yourself with thousands of members.

Please remember at all times it's the members who create the content which drives the expansion of the site and no matter how large the site itself becomes, the members should be valued and have a say in deciding forum policies. Some other places would do well to note this themselves.

This is the entire driving force behind our website which is why we have a section about Suggestions. I want to give the Members what they want and work very hard to achieve it. I just hope members understand that any issues or new feature may take some time as we don't get ANY income from this and in fact we loose money on hosting ect. This means that the time I spend on the website is my personal time which is limited due to being a young married man with 2 children.

That's the only thing that concerns me.... that members get annoyed or aren't patient with me when working on issues.

I hope users wlll post feedback, suggestions and issues in the correct place so it's easy for me to find when working on them :)
