Seagull 61" Sparrowhawk to be Christmas Build

The only Problems so far are photbucket didnt load the firstet of photos so I emptied the camera and started again,then the 3rd set of photos wouldnt allow the 4th set to load so I had to swich the computer off and load 3 and for together now we are ok.The next job is the under carriage

Thanks Johnboy my tukey lost its legs so Ive had to make it a joint,no Im not smoking it.I was a bit worried how the under carriage would go but it turned out ok.I had spent time figuing out how to fit it and that helped,I had been told that people had to modify it and that was reported on the 2010 review but no mods needed .You fit a mnount on to the wing,its epoxied into place.You have a groove in the wing and a hole at the end.You also have a rear support theat futs into a hole in the mount.You have to hold it in place whilst screwing the screws in to the u/c mounts.Then the pants fit around the mount

Yes Ive given it a spray Eric rarely have leaky fuel tanks fortunately its the way I throw them together.That seems the way most tanks are fitted nowadays on artf Eric never seem to have a problem.The next job is the fitting of the engine /.This went very well and no problems.I have fitted ir as to the recommended position by Seagull.

The next job is fitting andcutting the cowl,so here ia a picture of it looking rather splendid

The cowl fitted although I have a couple of jobs to do latwer so itll come off again was a difficult one to do

Ive fitted the switch,rudder servo,and 2 elevator servos

Yes Ive done the throttle servo also Eric Mr very 0bservant

The next job is to epoxy the aluminium tube to the wing and epoxy the wings together

Then its to epoxy the horizontal stabiliser inti position

The next task is to epoxy the vertical stabiliser into place
