I popped at them in two threads, but the harshest was where KC said I should contribute to RCM&E.
Do I know you without your STF alias? You dont have to divulge your cover, just keep me guessing.

I used to have another account called powerless-admin. It was used to see this place as a non-admin user. I've renamed it to polykid. I'll use this account for my aeromodelling adventures and the other one for admin work.
This is the account for the website administrator to view The Aeromodellers Forum as a member with no administrative rights. Helpful for making sure everything looks and works fine to you!

Four years ago, lot of water under the bridge in that time. First to go were the petrol powered models on account of their sheer bulk, then the glow models on account of the gear to be humped around and the mess. Now I'm a fully restructured responsible electric flyer
Currently  I'm refurbishing a BlackHorse P-40C Tomahawk that some previous heathen owner had powered with a glow motor. The bigger job is replacing the floppy mechanical retracts with an electric set. That should occupy me for a while!
Sorry to have been away so long, at least now that I'm retired I can spend the day on the internet without looking over my shoulder all the time.

Welcome back Rob, stick around this time and help keep the place ticking over, maybe even give a few others the nod to join and make this what Phil envisaged.
I look forward to your future posts.

I have been model flying for more years than I can remember, from control line in the early days to recently a turbine although I will admit it was not mine. My main interests are Warbirds having built most of the usual types. At the moment I am building a Puppeteer from scratch mainly to keep me occupied while the lock down is in operation. I found this forum from a link in one of the other sites.

Pull up a chair, make yourself comfortable and please post stuff to attract more members like yourself, show us your Puppeteer and start a build log so the search engines can pick it up, it's a popular model with a renewed following since Flair folded. What are you powering it with?
P.s- Spread the word mate, this is a great little forum that we want to make greater.
