Are you missing me?....You bunch of bar stewards are probably having a great time without me.
I'm taking a day off to get on with some household duties (decorating) but i know you lot will all play together.
I've just sneaked on as I'm at our Mikes and I found his laptop.

Well a relaxing day with rain all day so no need for work and no chance of any flying.So I cooked a roast,spent time on the computer and covered a wing.Also repaired the tail on my Mamselle as well.so quite happy with my production

Well that's all my sins confessed ...I've got to say 3 "Our fathers" two "hail Mary's" and I got black eye off the vicar for what I did to his daughter.
That's the last time I tinker with her undercarriage. :woohoo:

Thank's Steve, that means a lot more to me than you might believe.
It's been a very hard job getting this place going and there's no way on Earth I could have done it without the help of my son & Admin guy Mike....the credit must go to him.
I only asked him if it would be possible to keep in touch with you lot and within hours this place was in its infancy.
As much as I loved the Cafe at RCM&E, I was always convinced that it was held together by a very small group of hard core members who kept in contact nearly every day.....YOU CROWD !!
My reasoning was correct because even with only the few menbers that we have now, the statistics show that this Cafe is busier than theirs.

It's fine to say to companies that may want to advertise with you that you have 17,000 members..... but it's no good for a forum if half of them are on life support & the other half six feet under.

We now have members from 5 different countries and we are growing slowly but steadily.......I hate to think of the travel costs for the Christmas party. :woohoo:
It's gone that far now that I've even said to my son "What will happen with the place when I pop my clogs"?......Well I'll certainly leave a legacy, but Christ knows who to. .......Anyone want to take charge?

This place is where a gang of big boys with big boy toys can get together and play......I love it!

When you "pop your clogs" as you putit ,could I please have them as I can't reach my shoe laces on my left foot and Chrissie is tired of dressing me and undressing me :blink:

Starting a couple of weeks putting up fences. Hard work but keeps me fit and pays well. All pray for good weather or just no rain would do.

I should point out after my last post that I'm not knocking RCM&E in any way. I still think they are a great site and a bit of friendly rivalry never hurt anyone.
It can only serve to keep us on our toes and make forums better for modellers everywhere.

Because sunday is building day when the riff-raff have a day off from work & crash there ARTFs (swearing allowed now) And monday is musicians day off . Logic Eh ? Beautiful here near Scarborough .Just been watching buzzards hovering over their breakfast.
