I find it difficult to get my head around that Tony, you were in so much pain when you were here, I just cannot get my head around it being worse. I wish I could take over some of the pain for you.

Do it now, you may never get another chance

The problem with my neck started in 1997 and has gradually got worse over the years, falling of the villa roof in Cyprus and breaking my neck in 2 places has not helped,
But this last year has seen a dramatic increase in the pain and it has spread to all my neck and back of my head, and nothing helps it, iv got morphine the im supposed to take in small amounts but iv drank it straight out the bottle and no effect
i should have kept the neck brace i had in Cyprus but i was so please to be out of it i never kept it, just ordered a new one yesterday

I need to make a retracting steerable tailwheel for this model and it must be light weight

Still playing around with the landing gear, the limited tools dont help, God look at the bench, looks like Klipies

Loosely laid a plank on the side of the fuselage to see how the wing fits, its ok

And of course having a go at the retractable steerable tail wheel

And working on the aileron and flaps

Did you press 'insert all'
I saw one full-size photo, one thumbnail of the sheeted wing, and one that was a blank square with an i in it!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Had a mixed day got all the sheeting done and the leading edge on and sanded down  But the trailing edge is a very week design, no strength in it at all as i found out even though i had glued a strip of Proskin along to edge

So iv tried to glue a piece 50mm wide along the whole trailing edge

Adding weight in the wrong place but it was no good left, see how it turns out

That's a good idea BB of using flightskin to strengthen the trailing edge. I'll steal that idea and use it myself.  I usually glass a strip of 25g cloth to give it strength. But it does leave a poor surface finish that needs to be filled if the surface is visible.
Are you sure you are not going to fly this? It looks too good not to be flown. Go on you know you want to!!

I'm currently unsupervised. I know it freaks me out as well, but the possibilities are endless!!

It set out to be a good day, i got the most slabs laid that i have done before the pain gets to bad and stops me
Then i mounted the tail wheel

I need some carbon tube to connect to the retract servo which iv fit under th cockpit as i was using some brass tube that i had and silver soldered M2 ends on it
But i set fire to the bloody fuselage in doing so

Also scorched the wire from the new servo i has just fitted for the tailwheel
