Just had another night without a wink of sleep, i cannot remember the last time i slept for more than 2 hours without waking   feel like ####

I had to give up on trying to sleep this afternoon so went to do a bit more on the box
I made up the 2 ends and glued them in place, aided by some weights
 
 
Leave them until tomorrow to dry
I made it as big as i could 2' x 2' or 600mm x 600mm square the width ill need but i can cut down the height to suit

Bad day today, feeling like 54#@ after another night without a wink of sleep, eyes are stinging head is aching and my body has no energy
Also my phone has given up so ill have to buy another one after the monsoon season is over and i can get out 
And my new shed heater has stopped heating   for some reason i cannot find yet, so cold out there in the shed,  the cold makes me feel worse 

Think i will definitely have to cut it down as its starting to look huge, still within the maximum length the airlines impose, its the 600mm high bit 
 
The damp came out of the bricks and soaked into the cardboard 

Theres only 3 things that make it work, air, fuel and 12V electrics, it has fuel, so it could be a blocked jet in the burner, the fuel is pumped from the 20Lt container into the units tank by a 12V model airplane fuel pump with a filter on the container end,  i can hear the fuel pump clicking, it is getting the air as the fan is blowing so it might be the glow plug that lights the fuel
Or a million other things
The other one also stopped working in much the same way so maybe its the same cause, i never bothered to much with the first one as i found this one and it was only half the price of what i paid for the other
I tried to get into the other one but it seems to be a sealed unit as i thought it might have had a blocked jet, they both have electric to them as the both switch on and off with the remote
Ill jhave a go at it but not at the moment as its to cold for this worn out body

Yes there's fuel

I have flown as a passenger in a Fox Moth. They had one at the Tiger club.
Of course absolutely no forward vision and a bit noisy sitting in a fully enclosed cabin with a Gipsy Major just 4 feet in front of you.
The charming bit was a little openable hatch behind your head so you could pass messages to the pilot!
