The tank as it stands is 300mm long 200mm wide and 130 high, hoping that will give me enough fuel for a reasonable flight time, as I think the two turbines at 44lbs thrust will be working hard to power this bird
The centre of the tank will be on the C/G

Laid mags on it to hold it down in place, im hoping the resin on the inside and glass cloth and resin on the outside will give it a stronger skin, I was originally going to skin it with pro skin the same as the Hunter but I think I like the wood better
This is about the only picture I took while away

This I think has been the most difficult build I have done, so the next one I have decide will be a twin engine F104 in peanut scale,

Made a new canopy plug for it as the other one was not up to standard
And did the area at the wing roots, the first one I got the shape wrong
Got there in the end
Got the wings and part of the fuselage glass last night

i think my p160 jetcat consumes 1 liter/min
i think it was over estimated, even so, it will mean that you have 2.30-3.00 mins flight time, that`s not a lot, unless that`s how long you guesstimated yourself

and I got a comfortable flight time of 7 minute with plenty to spare for go rounds, so if my calculations are correct, maybe not the tank will hold 7+lt, I think I read once that it uses about 420cc a minute, however much that is :S
