The undercarriage door is longer than the leg! :P
Looking good, BB.

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Yes it will go in the car, well nearly ;) a bit like the SU27

And seeing as I had it outside, I put the bits together, as you do

Had a really bad week this week with one thing and another
this plane is quite an odd one, it has flaps on top of the wing
Or at least mine did :(

I built the flaps in the top of the wing instead of underneath     and did not notice it until I was well on :S
That bang on the head has really had an effect, and not for the better :silly:
Got the other pod done

And apart from the flaps not a lot else :(

Glassed the parts for the engine pods

Came out ok and even saved the plugs, must be improving

Here they are bolted together and getting the first few coats of polish on them

Got all four mounts for the rudders and elevators servos, and built the two rudders and the elevators, and skinned them with 2mm balsa, dry hinged them in place, they are ready for glassing

Started to make the plug for the two fin thingys  that go underneath the fuselage

I think that will be about it for a couple of months until I get back from England as I will sheet everything over this time because of the visitors in the roof

I glassed the elevators and rudders, one job less when I get back, but on the elevators I glassed one side then I gassed the other side or so I thought  when I looked today I had put both on one side of the elevators :S
Time I had holiday
I covered the models in my little shed

Thinking I need to extend it and make the gin and tonic area into storage for models unless I start crashing them again :)

That's it for now

As they don't have hair only on the head and tails they turn a very dark brown in the summer, as they wear cloths in the winter to keep them warm, they loose their tan
Going to miss them that's for sure but not the others in the house
