hello
both servo boxes are in the fuselage.
snakes are in.
bracing bars are fitted to the rear fuselage to stop it twisting.
slopped some more paint around.

that is all.

tomorrow i hope to connect up the snakes to the rudder and elevators, then i can sheet the top rear of the fuselage.
that leaves esc to wire up and retracts to fit uc to make up, final sheeting to finish and then cover and paint.
phew... big build this one.

To say that is an impressive bit of building is a bit of an understatement. :P :P
I wish I had the space to even attempt something that huge. ;)

I'll second that on both counts Q. I had the privilege of seeing the model in the flesh at Old Warden a few weeks ago and I can assure you that although it looks good in the photos, they don't do it full justice!

fin fairing made up and fitted, needs sanding and thats another job out of the way.

underside of the wing has had its second coat of paint, i can do the panel lines soon then.

800 watt motor, but can go larger if needs be..

will do some fast taxi runs first to see if there is enough poke in the set up.

been drawing on wing panel lines, not many but just a few to give it a bit of a scale look.

doing a small bit of covering to the top rear half of the fuselage to add some strength and save me from damaging the depron as i handle it.

I HAVE to look at the main uc next week as it is going to hold me up if i don't. :(
