The mould came out good well pleased with it

After cleaning it up

After 12 coats of polish, I will spray it with mould release tomorrow

Then I can cast the canopy
More done on the second wing

Pain in the back has been bad so had a couple hours in bed this afternoon, mind it gave me no sleep last night :(

Got on with the wing construction today, got the other main leg made

And got the wing all complete

Need to sand it down and dry fit the flap and aileron
Had a play with the wing position and air intake

Or further back by 100mm

Or in a higher position

Not such a good day,
The parts that I glassed at two o-clock last night :S

Here with the surplus cloth cleaned off, I will sand all the edges down tomorrow

The Revolver cowl laid up

Thought I would glass the air intake plugs, just got the first one done and realised I had used polyester resin  with the obvious result

Then I needed to find what servo I had used in the Bucker, I struggled to get the tiny screws out :silly: put to much pressure on the drive and this happened

Took a long time to set up the wing roots on the plug

Then I epoxied the root ribs on after keying the plug

More to follow

Drill out the holes for the wing tubes so I could check the fit

The had the obligatory fitting together

Only to find I had cock up the roots  had got it out of square
Ill think of the best way around it over night
But pleased with the way it looks, its good when something comes together ;)

Ref. the wing position I put it as I had designed it, what I am trying to do is build it without having
to add weight as most jet models have to have church roof stuck in them some as much as 3 kg :S
The centre of the 3 lt fuel tank is on the C/G, it will have 4 lipo's in the nose so hopefully I can adjust them to get the balance
And so another night without sleep,1-30 now think ill go to the hanger :(

No the tv don't work, i don't watch tv anyway, the one in the house is on a Russian station, have not sat and watch tv since maybe 2009, I like to be doing something, like at the moment I would like to sleep, as I have been awake all night again that's the fifth night on the trot beginning to feel it now :(

They haven't prescribed steroids in your medication have they? Because they are the worst things for keeping you awake.
