Can you plug it all together, including the wattmeter, and p[ost the pic on here so we can look at it?
if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

So, on the bench we'll have a motor (Scorpion, 1 mounting lug screwed to a lump of MDF), an ESC, a Lipo and a receiver. Let me know when it works.
Do it now, you may never get another chance

I sat down this afternoon and went through it all again and came up with the same answer nothing wrong with the wireing, but still getting no reading on the watt meter so i put another one on, the same make i have three of them,it read just a row of black squares, it did not work at all, never had it out of the box so it was knackard from the start.
I put the thired one on and got a proper reading with the volts and everything else, the lipo was ok, i rig it to the motor set up from the crash as klipy sugested everything working ok i took the readings .
i connected to the fans, same low/high message, i went back to the instructions for the esc and there it was the reason for the problem, nothing to do with the voltage, it was the trottle setting
i followed the instructions, turn on transmiter open throttle connect lipo close throttle, i had to do it a couple of times disconnect lipo connect back up and bingo away it went on 12s pulling 6,75kg
95A
I was a happy chappy connected the other fan went through the same thing and fire it up,
it viabrated that much it pulled the 15mm screws out of the mounting, lander fans are all balance in the factory i must have got the friday afternoon one
Took it apart and balanced the fan put it back together and away it went.
I then fired both of them up and it was incredable noise and power, shut them down checked them over everything ok, fired them up again got to about two thireds throttle and the esc on the first one burst into flames, attached pics
I suspect Hobbywing 120a HV opto escs cannot handle 12s as is stated in the info for them.
So im back to square one with it and not a happy chappy
and this is the watt meter, all of this stuff came from giant cod, it will be going back with my wishes

Given the reputation that Lander have, I doubt they'd send out an untested item.

but now i think if anyone is going to deal in the high voltage stuff i can only say to them buy the best there is out there, it's cheaper in the end, and you will not get the frustration i have had.
To say nothing of the expence and i now have to buy the best out there, maybe 200a if i can find one, make that two.
Have emailed Giant Cod but i think we know the answer from them.
