Tim Wan at Lander promised to send the fans back to me on Monday and email me to let me know
and nothing, not very reliable.
Definately not on my Christmas card list

If the fans dont turn up Grumps i have two Jetcat 100 re's on order ill stick them in it.

It look's like the problems are over, i have the Lander fans back and tested them this morning everything went perfectly, just a little low on power 9kg from both the fans running on 10s,
could have been the set up i was useing, i will try again with the full 12s as soon as i have the lipo's charged.
Still around 19lb thust should be enough to get my cheeks nipped in a bit when i fly it

Hi Klipy they did not charge me for the repairs,but it cost me £80 to send them back and i was charged half of the postage to get them back another $75 :S

One of the esc's burst into flames on Sunday on the test bench, running on 12s and pulling 13kg of thrust from both fans. im gutted :sick:

I packed up the affending esc today and posted it back to Fastlad so i hope they will supply a new one :unsure:

I plucked up enough courage today and ran both of the Lander fans on the remaining Phoenix esc to see if it would go up in smoke but it all ran perfectly, so i dont think it was a fault with either of the fans that caused the other esc to smoke, i think it was a faulty esc so i hope it will be replaced F.O.C

I need to order some heavier wire for the SR i think the stuff i have put in there is not up to the job but the biggest can find is 10 gauge ??
How do you measure the wire
what is 10 gauge ? will it carry the sort of power im putting through it, keeping in mind that the lipo's will be about 15" from the esc's, from leasons already learned it is very high power.
