need to order some beech for the wing boxes and servo's for the tail.

leading edge sanded to shape.
then we looked at the fins, sanded them to shape and did the leading edges.
deep breath and lets fit them shall we.
lots of measuring and trial fits before we were ready (gulp)
wooden skewers ready, 2 holes drilled in each fin and end of each wing.
jig it up and check for true.
mix up araldite and take it all apart again.
smear glue over the joining surfaces and skewers, push it all together.
square it up again, and pin down to the board.
fingers crossed it all stays level when dry.
and just to show the size of the thing, kavalier fuselage fits inside the fins.

got the tailplane mounting points made and glued in.
hopefully i can get the mounts done in the fuselage over the weekend.
