On the old spinny-disk hdd's there was a tiny jumper plug on the back where you could select whether the drive was a master or a slave (a bit like a Spektrum bind plug). I don't know if that works with ssd.

The old drives were connected in parallel and the plug told the drive which number it was, the SSD's are serial and each has its own socket on the main board. My old board had 6, the new one has only 3, a bit limiting when you like to keep a different drive for different stuff!

I use external usb plug-in SSD's for that reason. That way, if the drive isn't required, it is unplugged - less chance of corrupted data or viruses.

That's about the strength of it, keep calm, obviously our pythons are much bigger but if you keep calm you can deal with it. Nobody likes the smaller poisonous snakes but they run (slither) away.
The afrikaans name for the python is luislang, literally translated means lay snake. They lay by the side of the trail with the main body against a tree or rock, the first third of the body and the head lays in a double S shape. It waits for something to come past, it then hurls itself out at the last leg, mouth open. Then head and mouth hit with a loud bang and the first coil swings around to cover the head. At this point the animal normally passes out and the python proceeds to wrap itself around the rest of the body, I'm sure you get the picture.
Anything with opposing thumbs can reach down, find the throat and start squeezing. In about 30 seconds (which seems like forever) the snake passes out and the mouth opens, allowing you to detach the large fangs. You then throw it away from you and move quickly away from the area.

Obviously they're related since the 2 continents were joined millions of years ago, it looks as though the South African one evolved bigger.
